Connecting with nature has tremendous calming healing benefits for the body and mind. Through this workshop we will explore the power of this simple practice to create more joy, presence and connection in our lives. We will work with natural subjects and a variety of art materials, to create a vibrant journal page. The workshop will also provide the tools and inspiration to bring this nature journaling practice into our everyday lives.
