Fine Art Print - Flowering Grasses

from $20.00

Nature journaling is a practice that helps us to see familiar things with new eyes. I had never paid much attention to grasses before creating this piece, but once I started looking more closely, I saw interesting grass species everywhere. What I thought of as a bland subject became a rich and complex one. I went for a walk close to home and found more than ten species. I saw them in other places too and I admit that I even stopped the car a couple of times to collect grass from the roadside!

Fine art print on 280gsm cotton rag paper with archival pigments, printed locally in Samford Valley, Queensland, Australia.
